Today on 5/6/2024 our council was collected in the border areas of plastic, glass materials and polythene and hard work was also taken initiative.
The work was done from Poo Oya to Vavunia entrance.
Police officers, troops, CSD members, Vavunia South Regional Secretariat Officers, council officials, death evidence associations, and many of the regional people joined hands with us in the work of cleaning this.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who joined hands with us in this cleaning work.
We humbly request those who take trips and the public to avoid putting plastic items on the roadside and to realize that it is the duty of each of us to keep our area clean.
